WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

We dispatch Monday Wednesday and Friday, Gauteng orders are either same day or next day delivery.

Nationwide delivery are sent via Aramex or postnet and it take 2-3 working days, however a tracking number will be provided once we ship your order out with that you can track to know your expected delivery date. 

If by the third working day you still have not received your parcel you can send us a message via WhatsApp +27676999227.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your tracking number will be send via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your order. This does not apply to Gauteng same/next day delivery.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

No we don’t it’s strictly online store.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT? (WOULD I BE REFUNDED IF I DONT WANT THE PRODUCT ANYMORE?)

Unfortunately we don’t do refund, yes you can exchange product if it has not been used or the seal has not been broken.

For hygiene reasons product that has been used cannot be exchanged.

IF I RECEIVE MY PARCEL AND THE PRODUCT SENT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED?

We will definitely apologies and send the right product back to you all charges will be on us.

WHAT COULD POSSIBLY DELAY MY ORDER FROM BEING SHIPPED?

-Payment can delay your order from being shipped that is what we advice you do immediate payment if you don’t bank with FNB.

-Wrong delivery information this can also delay your delivery.

-Product you ordered for is not in-stock or it’s on back order.

-Public Holiday.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY FEE?

-Gauteng same/next day delivery is R80

-Aramex doorstep delivery is R100

-Postnet to postnet R100

-Postnet to doorstep R175

-Extra charges if your order is bulky.

I CAN’T FIND THE PRODUCT I WANT ON THE WEBSITE. CAN YOU STOCK IT?

Thank you for helping us serve you better, yes we can stock it if demand for the product is high.

HOW DO I KNOW MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED/ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED?

After making payment send proof of payment to WhatsApp number +27676999227 your payment will be confirmed, you will also get an email that we’ve processed your order.

YOUR NUMBER IS UNREACHABLE/YOU DON’T REPLY MESSAGES.
